About Me
I am a technical communicator with a graduate degree in Technical Writing backed by an undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences. After many years of technical and documentation experience within an IT organization, I am enthusiastic about focusing on the benefits and use of technology in information design.
I am especially interested in the importance of designing information with consideration for the intended audience, best practices in standards-compliant web design/development, benefits and techniques of marketing a business over the Internet (SEM/SEO), and the use of DITA and XML to facilitate reuse of content and single-source information design.
